I also spoke with an officer after market close today (I wont mention names since it wasnt a p/r person). When I spoke w/David Zacarias yesterday, I asked permission to post his answers and he agreed.
ANYHOW-

Banshee- next week will be a press release regarding the banshee. He wouldnt say if it would be the official announcement, specs, just a information. Fine.

Earnings- I asked if he agreed with the downgrade regarding numbers. I was assured that nothing has changed since the shareholders meeting and the company disagrees with the revisions.

press release- company had to be very careful how things were worded. the quiet period is no joke as far as the sec is concerned.

no delays, no shortfalls, VERY upset how cheap the stock has become, great things to come in the future. This has been one helluva an emotional day and to be honest- if we rebounded above 16 1/2 by market close I probably would have sold. We are paying for the sins of our brothers/sisters at DIMD, CREAF, INTC, TDDDF. Without offending anyone if possible- these companies have fallen asleep behind the wheel. TDFX is very strong and the folks running this company are very concerned about shareholder value but also understand they have a business to run rather than hype.

Im taking a break from all this action so for all of you who are sick of seeing my rather lack luster posts will get a break for a while. Im getting to old for this crap.

p.s. Im keeping my v-2 card... :)

perhaps a little picky but your quote is from the TDFX side. I was referring to the CEO of Diamond. If what the MONT analyst stated was not true it was an opportune time for him to say so.
