Craig,

You are one positive guy... Lots of luck to you .. This is the second time in a year that Mr. Harari has killed us. IMHO he is a great engineer but a fumbling incompent bastard when it comes to being a CEO... Now, I know a few of his friends used to post on this board and probably will give me grief... To them I say WAKE THE F**K
UP...

So much for upward earning surprise that I hoped for. There will be another "buying opportunity" tomorrow. I am getting tired of these opportunities. Everyone is in, so let's take off. But $7? Did any stock ever hit their book value as a result of earning warning? I am curious.

Craig -

We'l be lucky if it opens at $7. Look at SMOD and APM and CAMP and PTEK.

I'm beginning to have some really unpleasant thoughts about Eli. "...does not represent a lasting change to our long term business fundamentals"

Well -

Looks like order book is small

Margins are getting worse by the Q

Royalties are down

Japan sales----what a story. Japan has been in a recession for the last ten years and these products never even had a chance to get going in Japan since they are so new and there is Europe who must have had some sales. And anyway what on earht is this company doing going into the retail business in Japan by itself?

"marginally positive" - that is the killer. What happened to the 16c -22c per share? And if the "visibility into the third Q continues to be limited" then what is our new estimate of EPS for the year? Just over 25c!!!! At a P/E of 10 that will give us $2.5 per share.

I thnik Eli is stark raving mad.
