Got a question for anyone that knows. NASI just announced an
increase of authorized shares of Co.'s common stock 4 fold.
10 mil up to 40 mil. Does that take current shareholders stock
value and dilute it 4 times. Or is dilution of current shareholders
stock only based on an increase in the "float" from the issue of
warrents, reg s, etc etc.

I'd appreciate someone clearing that up for me.

Thanks, Marty

Hi W.F.:

careful with "reit".

Reit in the investment community usually refers to "Real Estate Investment Trust", a very large and very popular part of the market these days. That term has been in use at least since 1970.
