Try Charles Schwab & Co. I am pleased with their services, which include everything you asked for and then some. They also have on-line trading at $29.50/1000 shares. There are other on-line brokerages cheaper but they are an aggravation. I find Schwab to be best value for the money.

I think most full-service brokers offer something like you requested, not sure about discount brokers.

I think Atlanta Internet Bank does also in a discount broker fee setting.... atlantabank.com
