They are cleaning up the shell and moving forward. Me I am here to be part of the solution. May be a while to clean it up but I been in it for 9 months and it was a long term investment and I am still here. Joe you would not believe the holdings I have now nor the loss in equity. I am not selling this stock and have no intentions of selling it either. But I am going to buy it as I can like I have for 9 months now. I do not know what the future holds but I will be here. I am unemployed so I will continue to follow my style and so forth. Everyone got duped and I do not mean just the internet either. The real world too. A lot of the calls are real world and never heard of SI or Ga Bard. GB

JOE ... Just in case I want to CALRIFY I am the IR for the new board of the MIDL shell. As of June 16, 1998 according to the news release. If you want the IR for Arcon I am notnor have I ever been in that role. If I talk about Arcon or anything associate with Arocn those will be my personal opinons as I am a private investors speaking only .. Those are not the views of MIDL or the new board... Now I have and will continue to assist taking calls and allow the board to do what they have to do and not get bogged down in time so Mark can finish cleaning up this shell, file the 8K, 10K, 10Qs, Legal actions, and the 3:2 split taken care. Hope this clarifes my position,. GB
