Bud Leedom commented on the issue I just received yesterday: "Lidak Pharmaceutical Saga, In another strange twist , former Lidak CEO, David Katz is ATTEMPTING to claim the rights to lidakol through a sister organization called MBI. MBI is controlled by Katz. The suit filed by MBI now brings the court into the battle and clouds the investment picture for Lidak, when is it going to get through to the folks over there that it is in everyone's interest to work out some form of compromise. Lidak shares continue to erode" That is what is been stepping on the stock in the past few days... Katz Katz Katz.....that s.o.b. should be behind bars. luis
