Yeah, revenues are bad compared to last year, but at least they aren't much different from last quarter. Looking forward, the CPQ deal will help revenues some, but continuing erosion of Jaz revenue is likely. Look for revenues to be about the same next quarter with a lower loss due to some cost cutting. Revenues should pick up slightly in Q4 (though lower than last Q4) as the holidays and the CPQ deal kick in. The cost cutting should be having some effect by then, so expect about break even then.

Next year hopefully costs will be fully under control. Presumably IOM will return to some reasonable profitability assuming demand doesn't drop off. Results will depend on how well HiFD does against the Zip and on the success of Clik! The HiFD looks to be too late, but if they can get it out for really cheap it could be a problem. Lots of uncertainty, but it's far from over yet.

And what the hell are they doing with all that R&D money anyway?? We'd better be seeing another cool new product soon.
