Joey, I called today, I was informed they got the money to audit the 10K, it is being audited, the Q's are being prepared and RMIL feels that Puhr may have exhausted his resources for funding and finalizing the merger. I was told that auditing of the 10K will be completed , then the company will continue, during that time to allow Puhr to secure financing to finalize the merger ( Puhr calls everyday stating he is "close"), If Puhr is unsuccessful, RMIL will move on with another plan Morgan has and then resume trading. Joey, we all feel frustrated by this chain of events. In the meantime, get every RMIL share into Name. I believe you're calling at funky times Joey. Call me at the gym tommorow, we'll put in a conference call together!! Pugs
