A quick update**** Those of you still wanting to see your shares and objections to Jacks Management of CVIA presented before the judge, can still email I will make sure that the lawyer will check and print out your email to take to court with him. He will be leaving the office at about 8 Am CST. counsel@horizon.hit.net Since about 6 pm another 3,077,000 shares of from unhappy share holders were sent to the lawyer from those I received, I have no way of knowing how many he received directly, so we are doing pretty good so far. There was one gentleman that sent an email stating he had 50,000 post split shares (15,000,000 pre split shares) I sure hope this wasnt a typo <g> KAA

I sent my info to : counsel@horizon.hit.net (and it was returned) Hey KA and every one....just letting you know i tryied to send my e-mail information to the attorney. But it got returned , i just received it back after gettting home from work...so looks like my effort was in vane. But i did try..i checked the e-mail address i sent it to..and it all looks ok...so not sure what happened....Oh well..!! Just thought i would let ya know. Did any one else have a problem sending to info to the attorney ?? Well let me go read the thread..!!! Talk to ya soon..! CHARLIE
