Great news jihild, it looks like our company was able to pick up a bargain. Even though this happened in 1996, maybe we where still able to take advantage of the proplems they had 2 years ago, in our bargain aquisition. Sorry jhild, that is just some more out of date info, that we seemed to have been getting the last few days. I'm sure u spent the whole day checking every company edii has, and are probably a little upset that that was the worst u could find, but we applaud your efforts..ken m Almost forgot, this was covered in earlier dd, during the end of 96 when this had happened, this was when RENN came in with there influx of cash, which in turn gave RENN their 20% ownership of intile. RENN felt intile was a solid company, and believed their money would put intile back on track, and it did. So nope this was'nt when EDII came and scooped it up, matter of fact it was over a year from this time till edii became involved.
