No idea what colour the diamond is, but I believe the previous large stone was described somewhere as being slightly off colour or slightly cloudy, it's written somewhere on the Diamondworks sight.

Regarding the warrants, aren't there more than 6 million outstanding? This too is on the diamondworks sight. Anyway, could be better for us if these warrants are not exercised (unless the owners of them are also large shareholders and decide to dump their holdings to punish DMW? Who knows.)

If we do get to 1.65 before July 15, I will probably sell, if not, I will hold this for quite a while.

Mining stocks in general are out of favour, so it will be very hard for this thing to move from current levels to 1.65 IMO.

Here's the comment from someone that viewed the 50.2 carat diamond,
Publisher: Rapaport Diamond Report

Author: Matthew Hart, Mining Correspondent

When I was there, they had a
50.2-carat stone on display in the recovery plant. It was off-color, but good
enough to be valued for export purposes at $3,200 a carat - or about $160,000.

Suggest the quality was not excellent, but if we were to use the same valuation it would mean a gem worth $742,400!

That should help the bottom line:-)

Shares and warrants
Common shares issued and outstanding : 95.49 million
Fully Diluted: 114.49 million
Warrants 12,121,697 exercisable at $1.65 until July, 15, 1998
