Hi Thomas. I didn't know that Barrons was pushing small caps but it makes sense to me for small caps to get some respect, even if it is for a short period of time, since their earnings is US-based.

Onwards and sideways? Maybe for the next couple of weeks as we get thru the pre-announcemenet period but after that I think it is onward and upward. To me, the market has developed a positive bias and wants to go up. NAZ is more touchy but in the next couple of weeks will catch up with the DOW.

Hi Thomas.. Rubin just said not to expect anything immediate and they're going into elections period which will make finding THE pulse more difficult.
