I'd be happy to be wrong, but you haven't explained to me what it is about the NIC, modem, and other lines of business that can be leveraged together. And if it's such a good idea to have an end-to-end product line, why does no other networking company seem to want it. And, if the report is true, why would Ericsson be TURNED OFF by the fact that COMS is saddled by the NIC and modem business. COMS is just now waking up, rubbing its eyes, pulling back the sheets to find USRX lying there, and realizing it made a terrible, terrible mistake....
