NW, (Off Topic) from what you're saying, it sounds like we are still in a bull market that has yet to come near the top, since many of the more solid small caps have yet to be noticed. We did have a very short lived rally in the small caps several weeks ago, but I can't imagine that being called a market top, could you?

There are close to 100 stocks that I keep tabs on, setting "alerts" in my monitors for price highs & lows, etc. Almost all are tech stocks.
Over the last few weeks I've been surprised at how many of these stocks keep hitting the low, even after I have reset the low alert to a lower price to adjust for current conditions. Off the top of my head (I am at home now & unable to access my records) here are just a couple of stocks that come to mind that could be interesting:
(the numbers are from Market Guide)

WFR (@ 10-7/8) Book=$15, Cash=$0.42, TTM=$24
SIII (@ 5-1/8) Book=$5.50, Cash=$2.88, TTM=$7.77
WPNE (@ 1-1/2) Book=$2.10, Cash=$1.58-Insiders lately bought @ near $3
FERO (@ 3-5/8) Book=$3.70, Cash=$0.18, TTM=$9.64

Are you familiar with any of these?
