FOR WHAT IT'S WORTH... I spoke to Mr. Tom Neiman today... It was not a conversation where he gave me alot of hype or Ra Ra.. But that does not sem like the kind of guy he is at all! Perhaps that is very good for the future of this co. We went through the BS types with the old management and we can clearly see where that took us...straight down the shit hole! It is almost certain that this reverse split was for the purpose of obtaining the much needed financing for this co. Mr. Neiman did not directly say that to me, but it was not hard to determine this from my conversation with him. The financing will be coming (probably very, very shortly) and for ME to be saying that, i have to be quite convinced of that reality.. My sense of Mr. Nieman was that he was "stressed" at this point. He probably is getting a ton of calls (as we were speaking he had to put me on hold twice). I believe that he still sees a future for AGTI of growth, but he has to get this financing behind him.. It seems that there is a great deal of value in the prism patents as well as OTHER PATENTS (of which he could not elaborate at this point).. As far as "timetables" go for specific financing announcements, he would not say..but it obviously is within a short while.. So.. where do we stand?....Well, I, like Miriam's son feel very shitty tonight because on the 30th i will see my share amount go to 1/4 of what it is tonight... BUT.... If this was the solution that this co. needed to get financing and move forward on all it's various projects and opportunities, then so be it! The float will go down to a very respectable 30M, which is lower than a few years ago when this co. was strictly an R and D operation.. Do reverse splits work? Most definitely!.But only if the co. now does the right things to be profitable.... We shall see.. Good luck to all.... OVER and OUT (or should i say over and "in", for the long haul)
