Hey, you just want somebody else to do your research
for you. I believe in sharing the work. If you
want to know what I think of COMS, all you have to
do is go into my profile, and read a bunch of them.

Just to get you started....I'll poke at a few of
your questions:

1) Some of your questions are difficult for anybody
to answer and lots of people are speculating, more
reason to do some research. Try to dig up the facts
about each company....

ADTC - don't know anything about them.

CS - is this something to buy based on a Nortel bid?
Possibly. I watch COMS mostly so don't know exact details
on others. Nortel just bought Bay. Maybe it's still
hungry? Well, look at their market caps, and get an
idea if it's at least doable. How much does CS overlap
with Bay - this is an interesting question? Maybe you
could tell me the answer.

NN & COMS: I know something about these since COMS has an
alliance with NN. I think NN is more on the telco side,
but not very big compared to LU and NT (I could be wrong
on this). ATM does seem to be the protocol of the future
for "convergence". I'm not sure if it's written in
stone yet.

To know about NN -- go ask Pat Mudge on the NN thread.
She's an encyclopedia
of info on NN, and she'll probably say yes, buy NN since
its pretty cheap like COMS.

COMS - last I heard on this thread, it was up in
overnight trading - I never put any weight on overnight
trading. Today it flew up and closed at it's day high...
I hope you at least know that. (Not sure why you
say it's down, unless your talking of a few weeks
to a month period recently)

How will COMS open up? Nobody knows the answers to things
like that. Especially on expiration friday. If you
want my opinion, buy some here and there, buy on the dips
if you can - COMS has lots of dips - and remember that
earnings report is mid next week. With the merger
speculation, it makes it hard to know exactly what to
do. My opinion is COMS is a steal under $30. Others
will tell you that COMS is not worth more than a roll
of toilet paper.--- there a balanced viewpoint.
