Where there are no jobs my friend and locals are not that of numerous trades and borders are easily crossed and farm labor asegregated segment of the populous i do not agree wiht your theory. All On the civil side to all there is an article in todays LA Times discussing the fact that the Mood of the Japanese is we have a problem they dont sorry i can't tie a link in isn't on the net. By the way if you are looking at China and a problem with Japan maybe you ought to throw in Korea.
