It is no secret that I did not see eye to eye with the former CEO Roy Dimhoff who was driving the company into bankruptcy near the beginning of last year. I left RMI in April last year and promptly formed my own consulting company and hosted my domain with another ISP while we were negotiating the terms of my leaving. Obviously, now that Roy is gone and Doug is in I have a much better relationship with RMI. I believe in what Doug is doing 100%. In fact, Doug hired me to develop and deploy the excellent Voice/IP service RMI is offering. You should try it. 7 cent a minute long distance over IP. In case you are wondering, Ken Swinehart, owner of Amigo.Net is a close friend of mine who hosts my domains for free. They provide services in rural areas of Colorado where RMI does not have access. You forgot to look up the other domains that I also own: vanion.com - New company that will provide advanced security solutions using Lucent's new firewall product. vanion.net - ditto ultramicro.com - A very small hardware appliance running an embedded version of Windows NT. Will make loading and configuring servers for certain applications obsolete. ultranews.com - I haven't decided what I am going to do with this one but it was available so I registered it ;') mailpal.com - Ditto Also, I continue to receive plenty of email through my ckp@rmi.net address which is still active. Try emailing and you'll find that it works great! What game are you trying to play? You don't know all the facts and shoot your mouth off as if you did. Actions speak louder than words my friend. I started RMI. The whole idea for the company was MY idea. In 1993 nobody even knew what the Internet was. If it wasn't for me and Jim Welch, RMI wouldn't even exist and you would be shooting your mouth off on some other techstocks group instead of this one. Piss off!
