Funny this was on my list to DD this week-end, a few quick question's. Look's like a reverse merger on 4/28? You say 7.2 out, 600k float, who is holding 6.6mil shares? What acquisitions have they signed letters of intent that will give them 17 mil in revs? I see 5/18 PR: Team Renaissance est 3 mil in sales by 12/31/98. (153,333 newly issued common) I also see 5/19 PR:InfraResources est 1.5 mil in sales by 12/31/98 (80,000 newly issued common) Also you state no share dilution, what does the 153,000 & 80,000 newly issued common in the PR's mean? Who is Robert Blakeney i see listed on the PR's? Couldn't find them in EDGAR, have they filed form-10 to become fully reporting? Do you also have the name of the transfer agent? Since the trend is your friend & currently CLWK is trending downward where do you see bottom? It's obvious it doesn't take much volume to move the share price, so any good news on the horizon?
