John - your post is excellent. However, if you realize that their confirmatory Phase III studies are unblinded, you then realize that management most likely knows that the Phase III studies are not supportive to a successful NDA application. In this context, all the actions taken by the company over the past year are perfectly consistently - i.e., the President of the company resigning, more than one million shares of insider selling, no communications by the company or the PR firm, etc. Any rebuttals to the obvious?
