Scope, such harsh words: "Nina should ... take your phone of the hook and let these crying babies go to hell." - #1. I'm the one who published a letter in Barron's defending Vivus. Never even asked Vivus for any input. - #2. I've only spoken to Nina once. - #3. Our group's goal is to force Vivus and CEO Leland to put themselves on the auction block for no less than $40 a share. - So please, don't think we're looking to tie up management. We're not. In fact, as several disgruntled Vivus owners can tell you, I've refused to go off in 20 different directions. This process will be clean and easy for management to comply with. - And Scope - if you wish to reconsider - I'd love to have you on board. Thanks.
