OK Nazman, today is Friday, any predictions? How about news, you know how TPII loves Fridays for news. Or has the volume been too low for news? Does anyone know if Bigisoft has landed any other companies with a Vertex contract and if that company is doing any good? With all the talk about Bemer and Bigisoft, I have never heard or read of any other companies they are dealing with, just TPII. If they have, it would be interesting to see how that relationship has affected the other company.

It makes complete sense that TPI would want to get off the BB and move to an exchange. Moving to an exchange will open a lot more doors for them as far as allowing more institutions to buy into the stock.

There would be no more of this B.S. MM manipulation going on anymore either. All the buys and sales must be matched up daily.

At the NYC show, Paul mentioned both NASDAQ SC and AMEX, but they are obviously leaning more towards AMEX. I mentioned before they spoke with John McGee after the show and there's a strong possibility AMEX will waive the $3 minimum bid provided they meet the other requirements - which they already do, provided TPI's revenues this year are what Paul says they'll be.

Any predictions???

The stated reasons for going to AMEX instead on NASDAQ was
basically the amount of time and difficultly. The company feels
it is important to get off BB asap and I agree. The timing now to
get these things done is crucial with 01/01/00 right around the
corner. If they can get on AMEX it will bring a respectability to
this stock, increase share value and probably the ability for
TPII to deal with lending institutions for growth.
