<Never thought I would say but "the Fix" is not only "in" but is "in touch with reality".>

I am in touch with reality, this company has nothing but high hopes based on some potentially decent properties.

Re Indonesia--- sorry I value it at zero until they receive a cow. frankly I just ignore Wayne's positive posts re Indonesia. It just is not going to happen over there until they sort out their political mess. Two to five years.

Re Rappa--- I value it at what they can sell it for and "sleepy Dennis " appears to be keeping his mouth shut.

Re Lady Lina--- it cost them some 200 hundred thousand last fiscal year to keep it running. It is also on the block. My valuation for share price nothing.

Re BC--- Nothing proven and it will take all this drill season to prove anything. last year after spending 3.9 million dollars they have an indicated resource of 65000 ounzes, big deal.

Steppe Resources--- I have not done any DD thus no comment on property. Re Steppe management, they appear less then honest on the surface.

Less then honest on the surface is not new to Dennis and his Cayman Isle buddies, anyone remember Coleville and Peter perry, seems Dennis was tight with them. Heck, he still maybe a neighbour.

Re Dennis Gray's 150000 holding, I for one do not believe for a second that is the only holding. Logically, he founded the company in 1993 he only holds 150000 shares, something stinks. How many shares are held in offshore corporations that he controls? We all know he has at least one off shore company. I wonder how many shares Paul Gray holds, we know he resigned as a director this past year.

Re Southward--- he has been promising news since the day he started. Typical IR full of crap and broken promises.

I think Wayne just plain bought too many shares, he made a beginners mistake and kept averaging down. However, I do admire Wayne's attempts at rationalizing the current situation re Antares, but it is just that rationalizing. Nothing has happened and nothing will, if it does it will be a promo run giving people a chance to bail out and bail they will.

Still hoping it goes, but that is all hoping and knowing if it sees 60 cents in the next few months, it will be a miracle.

OK Kindrat... I will try to keep my postings strictly to the facts, but it is difficult for me to contain my enthusiasm under my circumstances.

Since there is no shortage of negative info provided continuously by many, I will continue to support the company provided I agree with the decisions. As you have seen, I already posted my dis-satisfaction with further dilution a couple of days ago.

You are free to follow the emergency directions kindly posted by Don already if you choose to do so, but I am not interested in dwelling on all the negatives in the midst of so many positive factors which many refuse to believe, which is fine (and understandable) by me.

Now here are a few simple questions for all to think about that I toss out in hopes of being accosted verbally once again (Fix, where are you?)...

1. Management is trying to get an extra 3M options because they think the stock is going to tank: _____________ (TRUE, FALSE)

2. It is quite POSSIBLE that management now has in their possession, material information pertaining to changes that prevents them from legally trading at this time: ______________ (TRUE, FALSE)

3. Ojolali is a piece of crap, 1M oz. Au equiv. so far on only a small portion of the property is not enough, the data on the surrounding 29.7 shows nothing, all signs are that the gov will return to dictatorship and military rule soon, and the existing mines in Indonesia like Grasberg (the world's largest gold mine) show the Indo region to be a wasteland: _________________ (TRUE, FALSE)

4. Toodoggone was completely explored by Energex, and nearby Kemess does not host 4-6 M oz. on both finds. There is no possibility of success in the Creek zone because BC is a small province, and gold is always easy to find by drilling a hole or 2: ___________ (TRUE, FALSE).

5. The financial picture could improve soon if the rumors about selling Rappa turn out to be correct, especially if it is sold for a profit: ________________ (TRUE, FALSE)

6. Steppe is flying apart at the seams, and will likely go under enabling Antares to increase their share of Kazikhstan properties provided their DD turns out well: ______________ (TRUE, FALSE)

7. Someone has been accumulating huge amounts of shares via GL since
last Oct. or so because they have too much money and they are looking for a capital loss this year: _____________ (TRUE, FALSE)

rah, rah, blah,...and on I can go but I won't cause you have all thought of these things right? I know the negatives...I am not stupid. But this is SPECULATION, and that is why we are all here aren't we. At .30, sorry, but I don't see much of a downside.
