Ron, your post seems reasonable. Unfortunately, Gary Morgan's behavior has changed since a year ago when many of us heard his cry of what the shorts were doing to his company. Many feel that we have shown our commitment to his company but that his commitment to us has drifted. Gary Morgan's behavior over the last 6 months has not been that of a committed CEO to any short squeeze. Blowing off shareholders including not allowing a shareholder on the BOD, providing no real effort to encourage shareholders that the squeeze is possible, and not being able to complete and release these financials during all this time makes him look suspect. Since he has a significant stake in the form of shares, his behavior does not seem appropriate for getting the price to increase for him. I would not be surprised if he worked out a deal with DM. Though he has created a situation where many will be selling whenever trading should resume, my group will be holding our certificates in commitment and will take the tax loss if this becomes necessary at the end of the year. Just a little frustrated in Gary Morgan's lack of action and his content with having the stock be delisted which psychologically will have a negative impact in the solidarity that we've shown.
