>> AGP/PCI - Asus BX <<

Here's a question:
The Asus P2B motherboard has 4 PCI slots. It is also AGP compatible. So does that mean it has an AGP slot plus 4 PCI slots? Or is one of them shared?

It has 4 PCI slots and one AGP slot. They are not shared. I have been confused by the same wording. Most mobo manufacturers say the same thing, supported, compatible etc. I have never seen it listed as an expansion slot but that is what it is IMHO.

SW,

I don't know if I would call it stalling. Matrox will be one of the first and best supported windows 98 drivers when it ships. They test there products very rigoursly and don't release crap. I think this will work our very well. BTW: I though 98 would support mutltimonitor with built in drivers. I would suspect matrox's driver will add features/functionality, and robustness above what microsoft provides. Gonna load 98 this weekend and play...
