Ken,

I think that to trying to define hypester is the same as trying to define obscenity. I don't remember who said it first, but:

"I can't define obscenity, but I know it when I see it."

Most of us could make the same statement regarding the art of hyping. And by the way, I do believe that hyping is a two way street. You could be hyping long or short depending on your personal position in any stock.
