anyone, You have made about 30 posts today.....In none of these have I seen anything that one could "hang his hat on." Makes one kind of wonder what you are up to. TC

Anyone... IMO the reason the filings haven't been done is because they couldn't find an accountant willing to commit the fraud that would have been necessary to keep the shareholders from knowing how things really stood. It is not the simple matter you allude to. As far as MK being hounded off the thread, I don't think there is any doubt that Pugs and Riley were the reason he decided not to post anymore. Unless you were in Kansas when this was going on, you have to recall that the called the CEO of his company, then his supervisor and his compliance officer multiple times. Riley tied up the fax machine at the brokerage by sending unsolicited faxes of post fro this thread. They called his co-workers, reported on his personal relationships, his smoking habits and his divorce. They hinted that they had video taped him and had records of his phone calls. Pugs and Riley by their own admission reported him to the SEC and NASD, (no action has ever been taken by either agency as MK violated no rules), they branded he and others as criminals when in fact, the actions of the company it seems were criminal. Riley was so childish as to send a message to the John Denver fan club, regarding a joke MK made about Denver, and consequently he was bombarded with hate mail. Pugs reported that MK was unemployed and that he was in patnership with Mork. These are things I can recall off the top of my head, I'm sure others will come. I don't how what you call hounding but that is hounding to me.
