JC:
I'll answer the questions that I can now, and will try to get the rest of the answers for you shortly. The LOI of acquisitions that will add $17 million in rev: those have not been announced in PR's. They will be announced in the very near future. (So the fact that the other acquisitions had some issuance of shares--- just means that the acquisitions in the works will have different terms).
I'll try to get answers for the rest of your questions shortly. It is alwasy difficult to find the total bottom. . . one can either wait until the trend switches, or gamble and get in when they think the trend is about to switch. At 1.75 by 1.875, I see little downside.

JC,

Found some more answers for you. Who holds the 6.6 million? Insiders (CEO, etc.). And effective float is actually less than 600,000. . . much of that is tightly held. The selling from 4 to current has been a dumper who is now cleared out. Combo of selling pressure ending, and financing news early this week (Tuesday). . . I think we've found bottom (or at least, very close).
Blakeney has been a PR fellow.
Will begin process of filing with SEC in 6 weeks, I'm told.
Transfer agent: Trosker Olden (sic?). Will be changing this soon. Also, for further info, contact Bruce Pollock (281-216-8726).
