Well I guys we have done all we can do, as to this mornings hearings, now we will have to leave it up to the Lawyers and Judge. I spoke to the paralegal earlier and she is up to 30,000,000 to 45,000,000 shares objecting to Jacks management of CVIA. Cleve will present a stack 1 1/2 to 2 inch thick stack of printed email and faxes to the Judge, hopefully this will be enough to allow her to see this there is some merit to our complaints. So contrary to Jack's statement of a few "internet" people being unhappy it looks like there are ALOT of "internet" people unhappy. This is discounting the non internet guys that may not have read what is going on. Strangely enough Jack only holds a 10th or less of this amount of stock, and yet has managed to almost put a strangle hold on CVIA. Hoping for justice to smile favorable upon us. KAA
