Shares of ADC Telecommunications (ADCT) were unchanged as speculation eased that the telecommunications equipment maker will get a huge contract from baby bell SBC Communications Inc., analysts said. Shares closed unchanged at 30 15/16 after rising sharply Thursday "We aren't in active discussions (with rivals) right now, but I understand there is a lot of speculation of who might be interested in us," Switz said.
