Hi Tom. Thanks for all your help on the thread and the continuous improvements to your site.

BPREAL is in a down to 54%. The chart does not have a lot of history to determine where the bottom usually lies. I think I would wait for it to reverse up from below 50% before getting excited about it.

Morning Tom, Buy REITS when the BPREIT reverses back up, hopefully from below 30%....

Again as you have pointed out in the past, magazine articles are 180 degrees out of sync with how one should be looking at investing...
