Tang like I said previously you are contradicting YourSelf... 1)"BRE-X creditors are all stockholders" I wonder how can that be when on the Previous sentence you declare that : 2)"After money is collected to pay creditors, the rest goes to the stockholders". But then again You may don't Understand what are you saying. If the creditors gets paid first, then the stockholders... then How can you claim that "creditors are all stockholders" I guess with that statement You have reWrite the Rule of assets Liquidation. It doesn't matter anyway cause you'll Still wait for @ least 13 years to see your money back (Which I doubt will ever Happen), if ever.
