Has the person you are talking about ever been involved with any companies or people that were accused of stock fraud or price manipulation or something like that? I think I know who you are talking about and I tried to do a search pertaining to this but was unsuccessful in finding the case if there really was one. I seem to remember something about this way back when I had faith in Oil-X. Was it something in Nevada? My memory may be faulty on this.
