Frank, I'm posting this to you because you're an old friend here on SI, but the post itself is more general in nature. For anyone who may be curious about my whereabouts, I'm still here...long AGTI....but I just don't have time for SI these days. There are many Big (with a capital "B") things occurring within my own company and I'm smack in the middle of all of them. I didn't even know about the reverse split until 15 minutes ago as I decided to review SI. I am not happy about the reverse, to say the least. And I'm not playing the eternal optimist, but I have to believe there was some overwhelming reason that AGTI chose to execute the reverse at this time. I won't speculate about the possible underlying reasons, but I'm trying to point out the obvious. I am not an expert in any way on reverse splits. Do you or anyone else know whether the authorized shares are also reduced on a 1:4 basis?Rosario: I have always tried to communicate with everyone on this thread in a professional and courteous manner, unless I allowed my fuse to ignite. I type this to you calmly and with no flame intended. You and I have been in the same camp regarding AGTI, even though our posting styles may have differed. If you sold, I neither question your judgment nor blame you one bit. Rather, I wish you well in your investments and still consider you as one of my SI "friends". But friends don't try to hurt friends, Rosario. Your posts of late leave me both mystified and disappointed; I suggest and request that you should do the honorable thing and move on to other threads for companies in which you hold a position. We "diehard" longs have enough worries right now and require no reminders, if you see what I mean. And to answer your earlier question, the company did a 1:4 because this is the limit of reversal which was approved by shareholders. Anything greater than that was not authorized. Best Regards, Hardrocker
