Just listened to the interview with James Sierk on CNBC. I thought he handled himself well and made several important points.

1) He is a strong believer in stockholder value and does not believe in selling at a loss.

2) His compensation, and the boards, is in stock, not dollars.

3) The move to OEMs has been part of the plan. It just happened sooner than they thought.

Other comments?

Dan

IOM CEO sounded rational. Not much of an interview. Cramer's body language/eyes conveyed major pissed-off 'tude (IMO, of course). I still think this stems, in some way, from a long-standing HG vendetta .....some kind of personal thing going on here.....any clues?
