Neither did I... Eric, I had no idea how a reverse split would have helped, except to perhaps reduce the perception of a lot of shares waiting to flood the market. Once the lockout terms are made clearer, we will get some idea of when to anticipate new shares coming into market. I remember this being an issue with EGHT. They had a small public float, but there were 10 million shares waiting for lockout to end in January. The lockout unleashing coincided with an earnings warning, and boom!, the bottom fell out of EGHT. DocStone
