GM, I agree totally. DLGC is now trading with a P/E of less than 15.

-Their growth rate is currently around the 25% - 30% level, and will probably get higher as CTI takes off.
-DLGC's fundamentals are sound.
-Insiders have recently bought DLGC at a price much higher than current levels - in the mid 30's
-New mgt. has developed much better relations with the investment community, giving clear and confirmed guidance (something that previously made analysts nervous about DLGC Q to Q)
-I suspect that DLGC has sold off in sympathy to NMSS's recent problems. NMSS is losing one of their largest customers (due to a buy out), and they have much more exposure to Asia.
- On the contrary, DLGC has had strong growth in Europe, more than making up for weakness in Asia, and their customer base is well diversified.

This earnings report will be interesting.
