I agree, Robin... part of the virtue of dealing with the manufacturer direct is more confidence in the product, service, and treatment. I ahve no idea about onsale but did get burned by one of the praticipating companies (underground comps).

I'd also like to see CPQ optionally enlist shareholders as service/sales field reps... payment in deep discounted equipment plus "some" cash would be sufficient (smile).
