David,

I see some potential in IFCIW. But could you explain me in plain English. The warrants have an exercise price of $5.50 per share and are redeemable at $.10 per warrant if the stock price has averaged $8.10 per share for 20 consecutive days. Does it mean that if the price of the stock will be $8.10 for 20 days I will convert warrants to stock at the price of $5.5? I have $5,500 in warrants and I will get 1000 shares? or the price of the warrants should reach $5.5 to convert it to shares 1 to 1 and if the price of the share will be $8.1 I will get additional gain almost $3 per share? If i will have it on Datek they will convert automatically or I have to do some action? BTW, Ivan posted link to ClearStation. They put IFCI as a tip of the day and have it as a long term pick.
Thanks, Michael
