Yes, I would at these prices invest in MIDL. I have accumulated more W's over the last couple of days. There is strong investor confidence in the structure of the shell being attractive to companies for acquisition, and successful acquisition leading to lucrative profits on our investment. There have been some doubts cast on DF-144 over the last couple of days which have caught my attention. I am not investing solely on the potential of DF-144 to come back in. If it is re-acquired, I want to be convinced all over again about its marketability.

As a Private Investor: Well Vinnie as far as what I would do with my money is my decision and mine alone other than that it is your decision to do what ever you have to do. I bought this stock back in September 1997 when it was a shell and have accumulated ever since. Now that is my personal choice to invest and I follow my investment style.

One reason I did is because I felt then as I feel now as a private investor that I would not be left holding a stock shell that would be empty. This arena is vicious and NO ONE can tell me that any investment on this OTC is not a gamble. So I look for certain aspects of a stock which what a call a fail safe but that is my personal investment strategy. Common sense should be used as I have always stated to anyone.

As the MIDL IR: Well that is a personal decision which each shareholder has to make. As far as Arcon goes that corporation was rescinded and no longer a part of MIDL.

As far as John Spriggs and DF-144 is concerned that is not a dead issue to my knowledge nor have I heard that it is. Both has stated that John has to get the patents worked out. So until John and MIDL do a deal it is not part of the MIDL equation.

Where the friendly talks (negotiations) are with John and MIDL I do not know so I cannot speculate one way or the other.

That is basically it ... but until something comes back into MIDL you are exactly correct we are holding stock in a shell.

Hope this helps..
