Anyone looking at BHE?

This company manufactures electrical products, including computers. One of their largest customers is Stratus Computers (SRA) that two days ago pre-announced a loss and business slowdown, cancelled orders, etc..

Also, in March BHE shelled out $70 million to acquire another company in the same business line.

Expectation: SRA slowdown will lead to slowdown at BHE, high debt levels due to recent acquisition will eat sharply into earnings. Analysts apparently are asleep because they carry this as 5 Strong Buy, 2 Buy and 1 hold, with consensus $0.31 June qtr. earnings. Stock thinly traded. No recent company announcements.

If all above is true, stock will tank when news comes out.

Would appreciate a review by this group and comments....

Barb, I shorted CCSI again at 8 1/8. I think there are more shoes to fall on this one. In my opinion,a reasonable "deal" is unlikely.
