Thanks Peanut - good clarification there - Also for old investors. I'll have the thread heading corrected regarding CH11 - will be corrected so that it states: ARET have since it's daughter company TOMAHAWK CONTRUCTION came out of CH11 in aug 1997 .... - something like that. Please, A few questions more to clarify if you are able to do so: As far as I can see in 10-K the possible filing for BK, for the KLH daughters, will have no immediate cash flow impact (apart from tax deductable loss) and no other negative impact on ARET - and can be considered simple "house-cleaning" have I got that right ? Aquiring FAMC 100% will that mean that Dunstan Shepherd is retiring or will he continue promo work as the work done in the "Banking in Indian Country Conference" ? Kind regards Jens
