looks like I should have held on to my short. everything I said is coming true. I just hate it when I don't follow my own advice. I guess I'm no good at shorting. I think IOM will come back later on this year, but for now it's bad news.

I'm not sure... but there conclusions that can be drawn, plus and minus, from knowing the tie-ratio... eg if low, does that means there is an overcapacity or lower profits ahead; if high, does that mean a potential shortage with more manufacturing investment required.
It would give Nomai a better look at IOM internal projections that they could attack... this is all SWAGging on my part though...

I'm sure others will offer their opinions...
