I occasionally get questions on it so I deferred to a fellow who has a lot of dealings with MMs some time ago.

He told me at the time he had been offered a piece of the original deal and researched the company while also checking with contacts.

My vague memory of the discussion (perhaps in February or March) was that he thought the company was going to have capitalization problems and his suggestion was not to get involved with it.

Evidently he did not make the best call because the stock was 5 or 6 at the time. Perhaps the situation the company is in has now changed, perhaps not.

In any event, I deferred to him at the time because he has far more "source" than I.

Other than that, I have nothing good/bad to say about the company. I do consider the involvement of a PR firm, or whatever it is, on SI tentatively backing the firm a sort of grey area. I don't know who the firm is but it puts up a sort of yellow flag (caution) to my way of thinking.
