My apologies, Pat--I thought that you were wanting to trade cotton all of a sudden. As far as trading the dollar--I trade specific currencies --the Yen and the SF pretty much all the time and sometimes the mark and/or the British Pound--since my system has been validated for those.

If you feel inclined to trade the currencies, I'd focus on the yen since that is where the action is right now--traded on the CME.

EDIT: BTW, the currencies don't lend themselves to day trading for the most part and are prone to large gaps, if you hold on overnight.
