Incorporating in Guernsey is a very normal and effective way to reduce the tax burden. I assume that given that they are significantly based in Israel this is a big concern. What is the float on this now? It seems quite large for a s/w ipo and I fear that will hold the price down. From what I have seen(which granted, isn't too much)of the company's technology and their competitors I would have to say they are very innovative in comparison. I guess we can say it was very efficiently priced as it has stayed in the 14 - 14 1/16... We'll see what happens... I'd love to see a run-up like LHSG :-) x
