Rosario-In life sometimes people must change "lanes",or "directions" as conditions change as we move toward our goals.I am not a "happy camper" about the reverse split at all,but I do feel Tom Nieman has been honorable and I do not question his integrity.Promises sometimes cannot be kept without inflicting far greater damage.You have posted about Tom Nieman before and character was never a question for you.I do believe calling him a liar and questioning his trust must be counterbalanced against the company going out of business versus getting the financing and the shareholders having a future.Best Regards with sincere hopes and prayers you are one step closer to a million today.MiriamsSon
