bdog: I think it would be a great strategic move for Ericy and, as you've pointed out, solve some increasingly throbbing headaches for them. Eudora would certainly be a nice plum in their cornucopia. I'm not so sure about the integration of the corporate cultures. I know Qcom'ers tend to view Ericy as the much prophesied evil one to appear at the end time but, IMO, they have done many things very right over the years and don't appear to move rashly with these types of things. They are also a partner in Jupiter, as well as other convergence ventures, and seem to be systematically positioning themselves with small but important acquisitions and agreements. Looking forward to other opinions. ...Tim
