If you need a list of market makers for a particular NASDAQ issue, I'm sure an inquiry at that stock's forum will draw a response from someone with level 2 access. Obviously, MU, being a NYSE issue, has no MM's, though several OTC dealers, e.g.MADF, may be dealing in the stock. As far as the NASD is concerned, any NASD member can make a market in any issue they please, once they register with NASD as a market maker in that issue.
