Bosco: Look at forecast at #6654.

The question I have pertains to post take-over. Assuming take over occurs close to current price. We are now holding NT and therefore concerned about the combined earnings.

I believe relative (base pre take over) earnings of NTL will drop by 20%. The question I have is does the current price reflect this. If so
,what can we expect NT to do on the first earnings announcement assuming Income decline by 20%.?

A: Price will hold b: Price will fall c: Price will rise.

I think if NT holds at current price, it is likely to decline.

thread,

In todays street.com, both Cramer and Greenburg made references
in their columns to *rumors* about this deal falling apart.

Both columns referenced rumors that NT would walk away.

Cramer's column included a *rumor* that Bay will have a strong
quarter prompting Ericsson to come in with a higher bid.
